SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A SCHOOL
OUR GLOBAL IMPACT
Valor operates in three countries and in more than 30 states in the U.S. — our students span the globe. We have four fully-funded sponsor schools in Guatemala, Haiti, Kenya, and the Philippines.
When a student enrolls at Valor Global Online, a child in a developing nation will receive an education because of our ONE2ONE: Global Initiative.
Welcome to community
We value genuine relationships with others. By hosting two family retreats and regional events throughout the school year, our students have a strong sense of community.
Elevating humanity
Our students are conscious leaders that elevate humanity and serve the world. Each generation of students we steward becomes the world-impacting leaders they are meant to be. Our annual RunForOne (a global 5K) has a massive impact.
Every child seen and heard.
We have a 94% success rate for students completing their courses with a retention rate of 87%.
But sometimes measuring life impact with just statistics is difficult. Our students and families took some time to share just how much Valor has made a difference.
our why
Meet Jane Amunga
Director of Intermountain Christian School and Victory High School in Kenya
“These schools help give meaning to life to total orphans. Right now, we have more than 300 total orphans who we are assisting here in Kenya. How do we help them? We help them by giving them food, shelter, clothing, medical care, and above that, we also give to them a quality education. And in fact, the best gift you could ever give to an orphan is an education. And it has to be a quality education, which can prepare these kids to confront the challenges of the future. For us here, we are totally committed to giving a future to orphans who have been left behind. Mostly you find that their parents died from HIV aids, which is a big problem here. We give them total care 24 hours per day, making sure these children will have a future. Not only do we do that, but we are also helping kids who come from the community, and maybe their parents are so poor that they cannot come to the orphanage, so what we do is we bring them into our schools and then they can learn without having to worry about paying fees. So we have very poor children from the surrounding community who also are benefitting from our schools. We are committed to working so hard so that our kids can have a good future through the provision of good education. And this has been happening because of the wonderful work that is being done by you, Valor parents, through the able leadership of Angie. I remember when we worked together, she used to tell me of her goal to have a network of global schools that would be able to assist poor kids in developing countries get a meaningful education. And I have seen it come to pass. Thank you so much Valor parents, the support you’ve already given is changing lives in Kenya. We are working hand-in-hand with you so our kids can benefit from this help. We are so excited that we are partnered together to give hope to our kids in Africa.”
