Step 1: Hub Partner Readiness Review
Do your homework! Do research on your area, student, and family needs and wants, and our school. Make sure we’re a good fit for your community. Complete the Hub application and readiness checklist.

Step 2: Establish Location
Ensure all zoning criteria are met.

Step 3: Create Your Budget
Creating operating budget and get approval.

Step 4: VGO Readiness Team Visit & Info Meeting

Step 5: Hub Director
Hire your Hub Director that your leaders and our team has interviewed for the position.

Step 6: LLC/Non-Profit Status
Create LLC/Non-Profit if needed or ensure current non-profit status is sufficient.

Step 7: Promotion Strategy
Make sure promotion strategy is in place and executed. It’s the role of the Hub Director to promote and enroll students. Valor can serve with support promotions in our networks. Hubs must take local ownership of the promotion.

Step 8: Hub Promotion
Create landing page hosted on the Valor website along with social channels. Start Social media campaign, start building the community on Facebook and Instagram

Step 9: Schedule Important Dates
Establish target enrollment dates and events for promotion.

Step 10: Last Steps
Create the environment on site and staff training.

Info sessions are a great way for your community to hear the story and impact of Valor Hubs and the opportunity it brings to your city. Every Info Session is customized to your specific city and demographics. The Q&A at the end from parents and interested parties is an important step to get others invested!
